Thanksgiving Stuffing

Total time (perp & cooking): 1.5 hours

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Pepperidge farm stuffing mix bag
  • 1 Onions
  • 3 Celery
  • 1 Garlic head
  • 1 package of Mushrooms
  • 2 containers of Chicken broth
  • Package of Fresh sage
  • Package of Fresh Thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • (Gravy from turkey)
  • OR blend roasted vegetables (carrots, onions, celery) with package of turkey gravy mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Soften all vegetables in a pan with olive oil, & brown mushrooms. Add in all herbs and spices.
  3. Add package of stuffing mix
  4. Add enough chicken broth to condensate but not make soggy.
  5. Put in baking dish
  6. Top with cubed stick of butter
  7. Put in oven, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
  8. Moisten stuffing with gravy.
