Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Salt and white pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Blend the oil and egg yolks with a whisk before folding in the anchovy paste
- When they are well mixed, add salt and pepper, and beat until the ingredients do not separate
