Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and white pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend the oil and egg yolks with a whisk before folding in the anchovy paste
  2. When they are well mixed, add salt and pepper, and beat until the ingredients do not separate
