Danielle’s Brisket

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs of firstcut Brisket
  • flying pan w/ cover
  • 1 package of Goodmand or Liption onion soup
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • ketchup
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • carrots + celery w/ tops
  • cooking wine
  • mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Brown on both sides
  2. Put a pack of onion soup mix, 1 can of broth, ketchup, water, + all other ingredients in pot with brisket
  3. Simmer for 3 hours
  4. Put mushrooms in last + slice
  5. Freeze
  6. Take out of freezer and cook for 1 hr or so
