Ingredients:
- 3 lbs of firstcut Brisket
- flying pan w/ cover
- 1 package of Goodmand or Liption onion soup
- 1 can of chicken broth
- ketchup
- salt & pepper
- garlic
- parsley
- carrots + celery w/ tops
- cooking wine
- mushrooms
Instructions:
- Brown on both sides
- Put a pack of onion soup mix, 1 can of broth, ketchup, water, + all other ingredients in pot with brisket
- Simmer for 3 hours
- Put mushrooms in last + slice
- Freeze
- Take out of freezer and cook for 1 hr or so
